So many of our local boys went out when the Country called for them. The Fantinekill Cemetery in Ellenville has over 150 Civil War Soldiers buried there. Many of the men who enlisted and survived the War of the Rebellion are located  within walking distance of our town hall. May their flags fly on and on, every year we place flags on their graves in memory of their sacrifices both on the battlefield and at home. Cook- Taylor Post 191 and the Sons of Union Veterans are always there along with the Veterans Grave Preservation. Joins us,...
